1. All items can only be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours; after which the item will be released to the next interested buyer.

2. Payment must be made within 48 hours after confirmation of order, unless there has been a prior agreement.

3. We carefully check every item before delivery, hence we cannot be held responsible for any damage to items.

4. We endeavour to send out packages on time, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.

5. Postage days are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

6. We do not accept exchange or returns.
